General waste/cleanliness legislation implements municipal separate collection; revised EU directive requires textile EPR national implementation. Packaging EPR bills are a different stream.

Final national textile EPR scope not verified. Use the EU Annex IVc map in section 2 for readiness; apply the final national annex before calculating liability.
Fees & financial basis
No operative national textile tariff verified. Treat the value as unresolved; obtain a dated scheme tariff once the national route is established.
